Business Assistant

Location: Almaty Contract: Vollzeit Start: 01.04.2024

Your tasks

  • Key role: to provide full administrative, organizational and expert support in establishing new office branch and ensuring smooth work of a new growing team

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizing office facility (search options, check contract and documents with support of legal department)
    • Support engineering and legal team in obtaining/submitting documents to get necessary license
    • Build up collaboration with partnering companies regarding various purchased services (IT, accounting, legal, cleaning etc.)
    • Assisting HR in organizing recruitment – carry out telephone interview, making appointment of interviews with supervisors
    • Main contact person for senior management
    • Other organizational tasks to start up business actions in Kazakhstan
 

Your profile

  • University degree
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in with similar functionality
  • Team management experience
  • Computer literacy: MS-Office
  • Readiness for business trips
  • English and Russian – fluent (C1), Kazakh – would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Uses initiative with minimal supervision
  • Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
