Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Brno Type of contract: Full-time employee Start date: As of now

Your tasks

  •  Support of the project team in project planning and execution as well as in the realisation of the project assignment

  •  Prioritisation, coordination and control of planning activities Cross-plant interface planning and coordination

  • Decision-making authority for all planning-relevant processing activities

  • Detailed scheduling, progress monitoring, cost control and ensuring on-time implementation

  • Identification of changes and deviations in terms of costs, schedule and quality as well as coordinated incorporation of changes into planning

  • Development and implementation of suitable escalation strategies in the event of deviations or missed targets 

  • Documentation and information obligations towards the project core team, customers and contractual partners

  • Ensuring internal and external communication and interface coordination

 

Your Profilel

  •  Completed technical education

  • At least 5 years of experience as (international) project manager with leadership responsibility or technical project management, preferably with a focus on pharmaceutical plant engineering

  • Commercial expertise and specialist knowledge in sub-areas of plant and building construction 

  • Very good English skills - B2

  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and ERP

  • Experience in the use of common project management tools/processes 

  • Willingness to travel internationally

  • Independent, self-reliant and solution-orientated way of working 

  • Communication/coordination and moderation skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Communicative and organisational personality
